Vote Yes on N for Safe and Modern Neighborhood Schools
Sylvan Union School District’s neighborhood elementary and middle schools reflect our pride in strong academics, innovative programs, and preparing students for success in high school, college, and careers.
However, some of our schools were built in the 1960s and need repairs and upgrades to meet modern education and safety standards. Classrooms, restrooms, plumbing, fire alarms, and security systems are aging and need replacement, and outdoor education and play areas are in great need of improvement to continue serving our community.
The State does not provide adequate funding for facility updates at our schools without a local funding source like Measure N.
Measure N is an investment in the whole community. Strong schools protect property values, support quality of life, and improve our neighborhoods.

Strong Accountability Ensures Measure N Funds Remain in Neighborhood Schools

By law, funds would only be for local elementary and middle schools – the state cannot take one dime

Independent citizens’ oversight and annual audits guarantee funds are spent as promised
